Its modern production plant locates in the eastern suburbs of Tianchang, an ancient city that boasts thousands of years of cultural history, a galaxy of advanced talents and beautiful scenery. Moreover, the company is the nation designated specialized joint venture that produces disposable infusion set, sterile syringes, gauze products, non woven products, cotton products and bandage, etc.
The new plant was built-in 2002, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It covers an area of about 50 hectares, with a construction area of 45, 000 square meters, including 25, 000 square meters of Class 100, 000 clean room. Its clean rooms, and biochemical & physical laboratories are constructed strictly according to GMP standards, and the laboratories above are equipped with all varieties of advanced testing apparatuses.
Easyway, with advanced manufacturing equipments, complete testing instruments and strong technical capabilities, has an annual output of 100 million blood transfusion sets and disposable infusion sets; A production and processing capacity of 300 million disposable sterile syringes, and also supplies customers with gauze products, non woven products, cotton products and bandage, scalp vein set and blood lancet, etc.
